FALL SWIM CLINICS
Clinics are a great way to get ready for the upcoming swim season!
Offered to members age 5-18
Legends of the Fall 2025
The Legends of the Fall swimming program is a great opportunity to continue your swimming development. The focus is overall development in stroke technique and skills including dives, turns, underwater speed, leg drive and general conditioning.
Participation makes a big impact in overall development of ALL each swimmer and the team.

Fall Swimming Dates:
12-weeks: Wednesday, September 3rd through Thursday, November 20th
Fall Swimming Options (Workouts are Monday through Thursday)
- Full Program (attend ANY/ALL workouts)
- 2-day Option (attend ANY 2 days per week)
- 1-day Option (attend ANY 1 day per week)
- Note: 1-day option is not recommended for 10 and under swimmers
No proration. No refunds after September 11th

Workout groups are based on the swimmers age for NEXT summer 2026 (age as of June 15, 2026)
Note: Strong 11 Year Old Swimmers may be asked to swim with the 12 and Up group.
Important Dates:
- Monday, October 13th - No Workout
- Saturday, November 1st – OAPB Fall Jamboree (potential swim meet opportunity)
- Tuesday, November 11th (Veteran’s Day) - No Workout
- Thursday, November 20th - Last Day (pizza party)
Fall Swimming Requirements:
- Swim Team experience is highly recommended. Mini Legends and new swimmers need coach approval to participate.
- Swimmers ages 5-8 must be strong enough to complete 25 yards of freestyle (1 lap) with side breathing in under 35 seconds and complete 25 yards of backstroke (1 lap) in under 45 seconds. Must be able to swim multiple laps and keep up with the group.
- Swimmers ages 9&up must be strong enough to complete 25 yards of freestyle (1 lap) with side breathing in under 25 seconds and complete 25 yards of backstroke (1 lap) in under 30 seconds.
- Swimmers should have experience with diving and all four strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke & butterfly.
- Swimmers must be mature enough to pay attention and follow directions in a group setting.
Fall Swimming Registration:
- Register using Captyn – be sure to select the correct package option for each swimmer (registration buttons below).
- Space in each age group is limited. Once a group reaches the maximum, it will close.
General Information:
- Drop Off/Pick Up: Please do not drop your swimmer off any more than 10 minutes prior to their workout time & pick up your swimmer right after their workout. Swimmers need to be lined up 3-5 minutes prior to their practice start time.
- Illness: Please do not send your swimmer to practice if they are sick!
- Weather/Air Quality: We do practice in light rain and do our best not to cancel. In the case of heavy weather conditions, poor air quality, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you of workout cancellations as early as possible.
